I'd need to learn more about him. His LDS faith would not necessarily be a factor. If he tried to hide his faith, regardless of what it was, that would be a problem for me.

I don't know anything about this person, but I don't like it when people talk about their religion in public. That's a private matter. It used to be considered bad manners to talk about in public.
