.i watched a dvd on possible U.S. involvement in 9/11 with alot of plausability will we ever know the truth?

dvd gave time outline substantial proof of prior knowledge that the U.S. was involved in 9/11. why was everyone hushed or fired for taking anykind of stand that did not back the Bin Laden idea? it shows to many at odds statements with the offical report ie the hole in the pentegon wall no wreckage at that site or the flight 93 site. i am prior service and could not fathom our country doing this to our selves but answer questions so not to cover up or deny but to clear ourselves as an american people.9/11 was catalyst to war in Iraq. if there was no 9/11 would we have found another reason? or is our president wanting a war for economical and political power......i am a worried American

I would hate to think that our government would be involved in any way. Yet, the Bush admin. did not want the 9/11 commission to proceed with an independent investigation. Bush and Cheney both refused to testify UNLESS they could testify together, at the same time , and also, NOT be sworn in. Which I find to be rather strange. I do not agree with most of the other people here .. they make it sound "UnAmercian" to question things. To feel guilty and ashamed for asking questions. Yet in a free society, there should be no shame in asking legitimate questions. What are these people afraid of ? We all have the same goal .. just to know the truth of what happened. The people are SUPPOSE to be suspicious of the Government.. that is the way our Country was founded on. If you turn over all your power to the Govt., what do the citizens have left ? The hole in the pentagon is easily explained, can you imagine the number of people it would've taken to pull off that scam? The hundreds on the freeway that witness the low flying airliner, the pieces of wreckage. The immense energy released of a 400-500 mile per hour airliners would surely destroy most of the wreckage.

First of all, the govt. is not as competent as people give them credit for in pulling off such an immense hoax. Secondly, the physics of the collision of a jet liner have been sufficiently explained by experts. Thirdly, there was wreckage at the pentagon from the plane, and Finally, as i stated before, the numbers in on a hoax would be immense.

Perhaps if you believe the conspiracy theory, you should also believe that FDR bombed Pearl Harbor, aliens crashed at Roswell, the Mafia took out JFK and the US never landed on the moon.

Yes, you are on the right track. There is an organisation behind the government which has ulterior motives which include terrorising citizens, and also taking control of the world's oil. This event did both, and was spot on as far as their agenda is concerned.

You know I watched a show that really make it look like space aliens and time travel really happen in secret government labs,

And I watched a show that really makes it look like Big foot and the loch ness monster are real.

And I say a show that make it look like Elvis and JFK are really alive somewhere.

Real planes hit the buildings, many of us had friends and famly on those planes, and those people are dead and the planes are really gone.

And almost all of the myths have been rebunked, and proven to be just that alot of hate of Bush more than facts.

So yes flight 93 with all of those passengers did crash, the people on that plane are dead the people who try and say it did not happen do a disrespect to those who died on that plane, and the other planes.

Next of course there was alot of evidence that something, on some plane at some time in the future was going to happen, but what were they suppose to do, start strip searching every passenger for months ? You have almost a riot at the airport now after 911 happened with the low level of security we now have, ( and it is not good security now) the american people will not allow real security at the airport nor will they pay for it.

So you could have know what month it was going to happen, and still not have stoped with with the laws in place at that time.

You can't arrest someone for maybe planning a terror attack before 911 and today it is not very likely to be possible after the ACLU and others have stoped so much of the power of the new laws.

So yes, this is fueled by hate for Bush, most of the very liberals want to see the terrorist win, just to prove Bush wrong.

Why believe the explanations and the videos of the conspiracy theorists over those of the government, media and testimonies of those who were there that day? After all, how do we know that those conspiracy theorists are not the real conspirators? I agree with you. I've seen several documentaries on the subject. The one thing that baffles me is the war in Iraq. It has NOTHING to do with what happened on 9/11. I believe it only began to fill the pockets of the oil companies and to distract America from getting to the source of what REALLY happened.

If it was a Michael Moore DVD, I would not believe it. Michael Moore is trying to make the US government into his own private puppet. If our president had wanted economical and political power in the beginning of the war. We would have it. Rather. We wanted to take out Saddam and the rest of the terrorists in the middle east.
