All I have is a ton n a half work truck it is to rough to bring the baby home in we have 1 to 4 weeks till we can bring her home I have not been able to work in two months we have been in the hospital since JULY 19,I need a small smoth riding car for her with no money..MOST OF ALL WILL EVERY ONE PRAY FOR HER...

Try local charities. You understand that we cannot have Yahoo! Answers work with "begging letters," because how would anyone know if they were genuine or not? And even if they are genuine, this is just not the place for it.
But mothers with at-risk babies is certainly something the local charitable organizations are targeting. Ask your favorite nurse at the baby's hospital to make you an appointment to talk to a social worker, and lay it all out before him or her. It is their job to know what assistance is available and get you to it.

Ask to speak to a social worker at the hospital. Hospitals have social workers on staff. Explain your problem. Maybe they can find someone to take you home, such as a volunteer who has her own car.
