Tread very carefully here! IF I knew beyond a shred of doubt, then probably yes, but I would have to be prepared that I would no longer be a friend...we always slay the messenger!
And consider that she may already know what is going on, hopes that no one else knows, and thinks it will blow over. Who knows. And good luck

Only if you had indisputable proof of the indiscretion. People are prone to jumping to conclusions when they think they saw something - only to find out later that it wasn't what they thought. The last thing you want to do is cause an end to a perfectly good relationship.
And, who is to say that she may not already suspect him if he is actually having an affair? Spouses give off telltale signs when they are jumping the fence. She may be in denial, and may resent you for bringing her to reality. Even with the best of intentions for your friend, the whole thing could blow up in your face and put an end to your friendship.
Get your facts straight - put out a feeler to her in a conversation - and take it from there. If you sense that she thinks you are meddling - then back off and let her find out on her own. When she does, don't be the one to try and tell her you told her so. Be there to support her - she will need it.

I used to think - yes, if I were the wife, I would want to know. However, as time goes by, I am not quite so sure anymore. To answer your Q, I think it depends. Personally, if your friend looks happy in her marriage, then you might want to consider keeping quiet. Or talk to your friend's hubby. However, be careful in that he will deny your allegations and tell your friend that you are spreading rumors or sth.

To all the people who said yes, you must be VERY YOUNG and EXTREMELY NAIVE. The answer to this question is NO. Believe me, Mind Your Own Business, Butt Out, and you will find life is easier and you won't end up being the bad guy. If you tell your gf that her husband is fooling around, YOU and SHE will end up enemies. Trust me on this one.

No I wouldn't tell her. Why should you hurt her? She will find out soon enough on her own. All you can do is tell her the truth if she should ask you directly.Otherwise, keep it to yourself and just be ready to be her safety net when she does find out.
If you were to tell her and she reconciled with him then she would look at you and just remember the time he was unfaithful. You would soon become a scapegoat for him and her.

That's tough and no, I would not...especially if I don't have proof to back that claim up because either way I look at it, I will end up being the bad person and will probably be resented for trying to upset my friend. I would just stay out of it.

oooh, tough one. I'd approach the hubby first, let him know I knew & give him a certain amount of time to tell the wife himself.

Yes, definitely. I would want my gf to tell me if it happens to me. However, to prove that you are telling the truth, advise her to hire a PI to get the evidence otherwise she will think you are trying to break up her marriage for your own benefit.
