click on your side bar scroll down to history and you can select which history you want to delete e.g
today, 1 week, 2weeks, 1 month,or all history and it should delete it. or if you want to delete all urls and searches go to tools, on the top of your internet page click on broeser options then click on cler search/and/or urls and then ok and everything will be deleted.
hope this helps you

If you want to delete it all, then right click on the Internet explorer icon, look through the tabs at the top and there should be one where the menu says delete history. Or if you would just like to delete specific days right click on the day on your history in Internet Explorer and select delete. Hope it helps.
