I have read something on Wikipedia about the season spring and something said that the whole months of March, April, and May can be counted as spring, so I am asking if anyone agrees that all of March is spring.

No. Wikipedia is not right. In fact, using Wikipedia is the dumbest site a person could use to find out information on anything. Spring starts March 21 or 22 depending on the year.

Gary F is absolutely right. The Vernal Equinox is considered the astronomical beginning of spring. But, most people associate spring with weather and climate. Meteorologically speaking, spring begins March 1.
