The Hulk, his strength is literally only limited by his anger, meaning there is no upper limit whereas Thing is physically limited by his body.

The Hulk always beats the Thing except for the first fight when the Hulk was Grey and that the Thing mutated further. The Thing beat the hell out of the Grey Hulk. Enter Doctor Von Doom to get a little "revenge" on Ben. The Thing was already tired and the Grey Hulk was using hit and run tactics to slow the Thing until the Grey Hulk knocked out the defenseless Thing with a blow in Central Park.
Any day and any time the Hulk can beat the Thing.

the green hulk is stronger.
according to the guide to the marvel universe the hulk can press in excess of 100 tons. and he can do more if he gets madder. he is close to 12 feet tall and weighs more than half a ton. i have seen two different numbers for the thing's strength. 30 tons and 75 tons. not sure on the size. the grey hulk was supposededly almost the same size as the thing and could only press 75 tons.

Although I love Ben, I have to go with Hulk. Thing is strong, no doubt, but "the longer Hulk fights, the stronger Hulk gets."

They've done this several times in the FF and Hulk comics ... the Hulk is stronger, except when they remade him into the gray Hulk with an intelligent personality. there's a message for you ... brains are bad for heroes.

hulk is stronger heavier i think something like 12 ft tall 1096 lbs ,, unlimited strength,, thing is what 800 lbs about 6 ft 4 in,,,maxes out at 30 tons ,, tho none of that matter swith a lucky punch or skillz at whuppin *** look at woverine 5ft 1in 389lbs not super strong but stronger than most mutants and humans,, but still puts a butt kicking to the hulk at times...

I would have to say the Hulk.He has all these super radiation powers while the Thing just has his body made up of rock like substance. The Thing is definitely tough but thats it, the Hulk has alot more goin on.

The Hulk...he can thunder clap through a brick wall...he could do this and blow a hole through the Thing's chest.
The thing is made of rock and can't do much more than that. He's made of rock.
The Hulk would jack him up! Book it!
