Does it really matter if we are the first or the last to answer a question, as long as the answerer is intelligent and non-abusive?
But, to answer the question, yes...it can be annoying. But, first or last, it's like giving someone a gift. It's the thought that counts.

That's why I try to wait a little while before answering questions. I try not to answer newer question until other people have answered. Then, if I can offer a different prospective, I do. Otherwise, I move on to the next question.

it really doesn't matter because even the ones who give accurate directions and go way out of their way to answer don't always get the 10 points anyway......it's supposed to be a fun thing...nothing to hate there at all.
