Oh you know, i think the best evil eyes are the really intense lookin ones like "Hayden Christensen", "Dougray Scott" and "Sean Bean", for example have really got that look down. I would say "Christian Bale" could also play a pretty good bad guy if he wanted to, but he makes most of his "dark side" by playing the reluctant hero type instead, which is pretty cool too. "Jack Nicholson" doesnt really have evil eyes, but hes got like these mischievous-lookin eyes, yanno? So i think he makes a very good bad guy too, but in a different way. :)
