if your not sure maybe you shouldn't be on the park. rugby is a very physical game. only suggestion is to take some decent pain killers berfore the game. drink plenty of fluids and enjoy it. try not to get pulled into any play your not happy with

Well the Wallabies chill out by playing Playstation and listening to music on their iPods. Some other teams like the All Blacks like to go and punch the crap out of things, well Im not sure they do that but Im sticking behind my team! Just relax and stuff
Peace

Plenty of fluids, good breakfast, good stretching warm up, bit of vics vaporub under the nose, and if the grounds hard shave your knee caps, helps the scabs heal, and ask one of your team mates to smack you a few time in the change room before hand, and your all ready.

Get one of your friends to follow you around all morning, pulling your hair, pinching you, insulting you and spitting at you.

By the time the match starts, you should be well up for a fight.
