3 R's of escaping temptation
1. Refocus- Whatever gets your attention will eventuallly get you
Change your thoughts by diverting your thoughts into
something good. Remember the battle begins in the
head.
2 Replacement Principle- Replace your thoughts with ideas that
will keep your mind busy. Be selective, what goes
in will come out. Don't allow trash creep into your
head undiscriminately.
3. Resist the Devil - First you have to accept the salvation of God.
Say no to the devil and yes to Christ For you
can do nothing apart from God.

How long have you been married? I know that during the3rd or 7th year. You get comfortable. Or there is a certain period of your relationship that you don't get along and you stray. But DON"T do it! It isn't worth it. If you trully love your spouse, then you won't do it. Even if your spouse never finds out you will regret it for the rest of your life. Did you not watch "Unfaithful" or "Fatal Attraction"? You need to. I've had thoughts before and never persued. I put myself in his position, how would I feel if he did that to me. I also, went through our photos and remember all that we've been to eachother and realised how much he means to me. Which totally change my view of him and I never did anythign. It's nice when other people are attracted to you, it's very flattering, but doesn't mean we have to ignite something from that. Be flattered and move on.

I think that you should, as hard as it may be just try not to surround yourself if your marriage is something that you still want to be in. However when love is there I don't think it's something that you can control. Don't ruin a marriage mistaking being caught in lust as love because in the end you may get burned and have no one. The best way to avoid tepmtation is to take some time to see weigh your pros and cons of the situation. Good Luck!

It is natural to be attracted to other people. It is how we are just like the animals. As much as people say that humans are more sophisticated the our lower life forms we share the planet with. We also have the same internal instincts that they have. We will be turned on by other people we see. We just have to either have self-control and know that we are happy with how we got. Or just give in to those instincts and just go after everything we want. The choice is really up to you. No one else can really tell you which way to go. We can just tell you our options and opinions...

temptation is not easy, everybody have them, just remember to stick to your vows and spend more time with your love ones. after time our emotional feeling goes away but just remember your mate was the one you choose in the beginning to stick with so if u can not stick to him/her then don't get married again cause the same thing will happen again.

I'ts not something to escape. You will learn something no matter what happens. I hope you are having a good time regardless of who it is with. That's what life's all about.

Paperclips work good for escapes or you may want to try and practice yoga

Think of the harmful consequences. Might deter you.

But I suggest not thinking about that at all - the more you think of it the more you are tempted. Try to avert the thoughts of her from your mind and think of something else.
