mylicon, gerber, little tummies...it's all about the same. i posted to your question yesterday..i still say check out reflux. my baby had sever gas from it. the gastroenterolgist specialist i took him to said it was becasue the acid was burning his throat so bad, it causes them to tense up and therefore gas comes out. he also said that passing gas should not cause them any discomfort. i really think you should have the reflux checked out, or possibly milk allergy.
good luck, and i hope the drops help. it helped mine, a little bit, sometimes.....

more that likely the medicine is Mylicon which is an anti gas medication which is safe to give to babies. However if your baby is less than 6 months you might want to ask your doctor about it. If your baby has colic no medication will work I'm afraid just keep her wrapped tightly (swaddled) and rock her try not to get too anxious, she will grow out of it in time trust me. Good luck.

Yes. It helps break the gas up that is causing baby tummy aches. It works well for colic also.Try burping baby sitting up right on your knee,( Kinda lean baby over a little) with your hand under the baby's chin.Hope this helps.

all three of my kids had colic and I don't think they helped all that much. Want a good solution? stupid, but it works. Take a bed sheet and twist it up, make a pouch in the center, then have your hubbie or someone tye it tight around your waist. baby will cry hard at first, but will settle down real quick. works like a pack but I had one of those too and it didn't seem to be as good as this trick seemed to work with all three of my kids. hope it helps! I've been there too!

If it like Mylecon then not only does it work..........it is a life saver. My son was the fussiest little boy until someone suggested those to us and they worked wonders. Now when someone says they are having a baby....I tell them to make sure to put Mylecon on their list of baby supplies!

Ive never had that brand, but if your baby truly has gas those anti gas drops do work wonders.. use sparingly
