Short Version:
1. Nothing will make scars dissappear, but they can be reduced.
2. Don't use the "home microdermabrasion kits" they will make it worse if you have breakouts.
3. DO NOT PICK ACNE!!! That causes the scars.
4. Most important, keep your hands away from you face at all times.
OK, the long version:
Professionally done microdermabrasion is a fantastic tool to reduce scarring, the home "microdermabrasion kits" can create more of a problem so it depends on which form you are talking about. Nothing, however, with make scars completely go away.
Professional microdermabrasion is a technique where tiny crystals are "sandblasted" onto the face to smoothe out flaws and exfoliate dead skin. The vaccuum piece sucks the crystals off the face while stimulating colligen and elastin to help heal the skin. The esthetician then follows up the treatment with a healing serum and products appropriate for your skin.
Home "microdermabrasion" kits, however, are just an exfoliant and you can get the same results by mixing table salt with grapeseed oil and spreading over your face. The problem is that when you have active acne, this technique will actually spread the bacteria creating more acne and more problems.
The best thing you can do for your skin is to keep your face clean, and keep your hands off your face, including "popping zits"!There is a great teen acne kit that my clients have had huge success with (I am an esthetician) and if your interested I'll tell you how to get it.
You are young enough to stop the scars from getting worse. I'm glad you are doing something about it now.

Stop whatever trauma is coming to your skin. Prevention is best. Excellent nutrition can help minimize scarring, along with prevention of the trauma in the first place. If it is acne, treat the acne. prevent. Clean skin, body teeth mouth and ears and excellent nutrition, along with beta-carotene supplements can help clear pimples if that is the cause. and can also help heal and minimize scarring.

Be careful with microdermobration... Consult with good dermatologist first if you don't want even more problems...
