Does Publishers Clearing House cheat Seniors by asking them to pay for items they didnt order?

I haven't heard that they do, but if it's true, they can be prosecuted for mail fraud. If you know anyone who has had such an experience, go to the local postmaster and report it to him.

Nobody can legally make you pay for something you didn't order. Consider it a gift.
