It depends on what I am leading and who I am following. I am good at both.

I am a better leader but I can do both without a problem. I like to take charge of situations but I don't have a problem following the orders of someone who is my superior.

I am both. What does the situation call for? Am I the first on the scene where chaos and confusion are building rapidly? If so, I can pull it all together. If I arrive and a good leader is already at the helm, I will be the best choice to carry out their instructions and offer good suggestions.

Leader. i couldn't be a follower because I wouldn't listen to or do any stupid order the leader would want. Plus, I don't like getting told what to do and how to do it.

I've always thought of myself as a follower, but I think I am actually more comfortable as a leader.

Neither actually. lol. But i guess i have to be a follower, cuz its just somethin that comes with the job, i wouldnt say im good at it though....have gotten in trouble for not following the rules too many times for that. And leader is just not somethin i can be...i admire people who have that quality or ability in them, but i really cant be one myself, for many reasons.
