Didn't it all just seem so convienient? And how about the guy who was going to testify against him committing suicide---it all sounds to strange to be real.

It wouldn't surprise me if that were so, especially since had he faked his death, all he would've had to do was talk to someone up in Washington about producing official documents about his death while Lay changes his looks somewhat and goes under an assumed name and moves to the Bahamas.

Lay is not dead. Never has been.
His close friend, Bill Clinton, has him in a secret hide-out in Arkansas.
This is to repay all the visits from Lay to the White House when Clinton was president.

its possible, but it would be really hard to pull that off, especially in his position
