Well, I work at a trendy shoe boutique so I'll tell you what were selling a lot of.
* short ankel boots (red is selling like crazy)
* animal print ballet flats
* peep toe wooden heels and wedges (the hottest shoe of the season in my opinion)
The ankel boots are being worn with leggings, skirts, and dresses. The ballet flats can be worn with skinny jeans or leggings. And the wooden heels can be worn with just about anything. If you only get one pair, I'd say get a pair of black wooden heel peep toes. I'm obsessed with mine.

I'm wearing winter snow boots and some days i might wear regular black boots.
