police- nothing to think about them, they r puppets in the hands of political power.
they may not be able to solve every crime right now but given a free hand they can and they will.
there are many good high rank police people to make the system stringent but they r forced to bend down only because of political pressure.
if given a chance they r just like army at the borders but working for our own enemies of the country.

yes . The police in the south of inida is the best . But they are also tainted by politics . just put them after Osama . in the abscence of political interference , they would easily cathch osama and all his protectors to . just ask the powers concerned to try it . but one condition,they should ve allowed to fuction withour interference . they will do it .
