For every action, there is a reaction. The comment by the pope seems to be an innocent statement UNTIL the reaction by the Muslims. After the vicious reaction, does that mean that the comments by the pope has merit or does that mean that the Muslims are fanatical and vicious. Now, before all of you Muslims fall off the deep end, read what I said again. I asked a question, I DID NOT say that Muslims are fanatical & viscious.

The pope I believe is just added more fuel to the fire. I mean besides the fact he was a former Nazi, I do not understand of reading something that can set off an entire nation that hates most of the world already. I do not know what is going on with the world today. I just seems to me that almost no one thinks about what they say and the harm that can come from it. It as if they just keep saying: 'Kill Them All & Let God Sort Them Out...'

VATICAN CITY (Reuters) - Al Qaeda militants in Iraq vowed war on "worshippers of the cross" and protesters burned a papal effigy on Monday over Pope Benedict's comments on Islam, while Western churchmen and statesmen tried to calm passions.
The statement by an umbrella group led by Iraq's branch of al Qaeda came after the Pontiff said on Sunday he was deeply sorry Muslims had been offended by his use of a medieval quotation on Islam and holy war.
"We tell the worshipper of the cross (the Pope) that you and the West will be defeated, as is the case in Iraq, Afghanistan, Chechnya," said a Web statement by the Mujahideen Shura Council.
"We shall break the cross and spill the wine ... God will (help) Muslims to conquer Rome ... (May) God enable us to slit their throats, and make their money and descendants the bounty of the mujahideen," said the statement, posted on Sunday on an Internet site often used by al Qaeda and other militant groups.

If I referenced a passage in the original constituion stating blacks are 3/5s of a person, does that mean I believe it with all my heart?
Muzzies need to get over themselves. I know most don't care, but I wish they would tell the nutjobs to shut up. (same goes for extreme christians, jews, hindus, and atheists). People need to learn how to laugh again.

I would certainly appear that the Pope hit the nail on the head with that passage.

Every one can have their views in mind thats doesnt matter...but wen it comes out from mouth it should be careful that too if a person is in a high post, they shouldnt open their mouth on any other suggestions unless it doesnt affect orthers..
There is a sayin by Anna[former Tamil nadu C.M-india]
"Thought is not yawning" - simply all cant do.as they like.
So even though he know somethin abt anythin he shouldnt have told in public.
wat i think, thats the main reason y Dr.Abdul Kalam
[scientist and president of india] doesnt speak anythin to press or to public..He always speaks and tell his suggestions and thoughts to childrens only to avoid such things.
