You heard this saying before? Spandex ain't a big girls friend!!! True or not true?

Maybe if it is a thick dark spandex that holds in some fat. Some jeans have spandex in them and when a girl is so big she can't find jeans just her shape so spandex can help. As long as it is done well. We tend to notice all the "BAD" spandex out there. The good cases will not stand out if they are doing their job.

I know women who wear spandex pants and a big shirt, they say cuz they are more comfortable than trying to wear jeans and look better than joggers. Spandex tops NO Not anyones friend unless they have not an ounce of fat cuz it shows every bulge and crease! I say wear what you want and what is comfortable for you.

Spandex should never be worn by anyone EVER unless they are in the gym working out, and even then it's a stretch. No pun intended.

true, true, true, trust me I'm a girl and I alpine ski race. One of the requirements is to wear a spandex gs suit, full body suit, ot exactly the prettiest thing on anybody who has even the slightest bit of curves

I've seen some big girls actually pull it off. But in most cases, I'd fine this statement to be true. Very, very true.

If the big girl is solid and doesn't have bulges, spandex is okay. Otherwise, avoid it at all costs

elastic is a big girls friend, spandex is for sporting events and skinny ballet dancers.
Any fabric that let you see cellulite and fat rolls is never flattering.
