I would just come straight out and ask him If you like him too
Tell him you are kind of feeling a connection with him you know some kind of chemistry. because unless he tells you his feelings for you, you probably will never know how he feels becasue you cant just go by him teasing you I have guy friends that do it all the time.

ok tell ure best friend or some one u trust to tell him that she likes him and if he says no or tryes to ignore her then he really likes u thats why he is not interested in her but if he says that he likes her to then hes just playin with u
