I have this 4 tmp files on in my data execution prevention menu. I tried to remove but it can not be deleted. anyone please help me to inform what is this actually....is it virus? and how to get rid of this.

those are temporary files being used in the internet... usually it is an essential part in order to run a certain program.. In your case your temp file is active because you couldn't delete through windows...
I suggest to delete it via DOS prompt or better yet go get some spysweeper program... There are lot's to choose from in www.download.com

they are all temporary files and are deletable
