Hi, there's some strange answers here, but it's worth two points to them. :)
Anyway, I play the Sims 2 and know you can build your own hospital. You can create a lot that is conveniently a residential lot and have back rooms where the interns and the doctors stay - this way you have control over them and can have them do stuff - or alternately have them live as a family then send them to the Hospital that you build, then you can click on them and have them do stuff.
The main part of the hospital can be furnished with such hospital furniture downloads from MTS2 as this

ok this is a cheat in sims 2 go to any resturant nd ask for 9982764 this enables hospitals

try going to the sim2.com , they have alot of answers and downloads there. one of my fav sites.

no you cant simps is a game for adults and their is sex violation and more so there is no hospitals
