Some people think they're still that size or at least want to be when really they're just total fat slobs.
It's not sexy seeing someone that is totally fat and embarassing trying to squeeze into the same size that you are.
It's so disgusting.

Ist Answer: Vanity and self delusion.
2nd answer: With wider advertising explosion, people have been pulled into the hype of clothes making you popular.
3rd Answer: Yes I do, but will occasionally put something on that is snug from the closest since I have a slight problem going back and forth from a 38 to a 36 waist line and some manufacturers have a different view on what that actually seems to be(not all 38's are created equally)
4th answer:Yes I do. Some of them are more obvious than others in there clothing choices.
5th answer. I believe, ultimately, "Do what makes you feel good about yourself and refute opinions that challenge that feeling." AS long as you are not in danger of a public "blow out" and it doesn't interfere with healthy circulation.

Some peolple really do wear clothes that dont fit and i think people who do this are plain STUPID!!!
I think they are just sentimental and dont know how to let go of clothes that may have used to fit them
I also think that people who insist on wearing clothes that dont fit are people who are not pretty or in other words, ugly, because they could not get attention through their faces so they'd rather get attention by looking stupid, i mean by wearing clothes that they think makes them look sexy but actually makes them look funny.....vote this as best answer please...i have a good source...

A lot of people, women in particular, equate smaller sizes that are tight, as sexy and goodlooking instead of too small, tacky and /or trampy. When you're pants/shorts/skirts are too small you can tell because you tummy falls out and you get what is so sweetly called a muffin top. Tops/shirts/blouses should not have gaps where the buttons are straining and you should not have your fat rolls hanging out. Even girls/women with a thinner body type look fat and sloppy. It really makes you want to yell at them to read a fashion magazine for crying out loud. FYI, low, low rise jeans are OUT! And so are those hidious Ugg boots.

I wear clothes that fit. I hate it when bigger gals buy size 3s and squeeze into them. They must think that buying a small size makes them look smaller, but it makes them look fatter because then its not made for their body type and fat hangs out the side. If they'd just realize how much better fitting clothes looked, I'm sure they'd buy them. They'll look 10 lbs. thinner instantly and no one will be grossed out.

Well, I'd like people to stop wearing clothes that don't fit IF they put on clothes that do fit! No naked people!
I hate it when people wear clothes that are too big, too--it makes you look fat even when you're not. And if you *are* fat--c'mon! Who do you think you're kidding? Wear clothes that don't make you look fatter!
Yeah, tight clothes are gross even on fit, attractive people. It makes lumps and bumps and it leaves seam marks on their skin--ugh. You're a person, not a sausage! People, don't wear shrink-wrap! It just looks unnatural.

no i don't wear clothes that don't fit but i know people who do and i think they do that cause they like something a lot and they don't have it in their size and i guess they get the size that fits closer to the size they wear and some people just want attention and think they look good but they don't it looks gross.

ever hear the saying "Spandex is NOT your friend!" or " Just because they make it in your size doesnt mean YOU should wear it!" ? i think some people are having wishful thinking.--like women who insist on buying shoes that are too small. Maybe this girl wants attention---I think people should wear a size that is flattering to their figure even if its a size bigger than expected. that way we dont have to see the aftermath of them wearing stuff thats too small.....yes--its pretty gross. Makes ya say--"Now, THAT IS JUST WRONG!!!!!" LOL

People just cannot accept the fact that they have put on weight and no longer look good in their old clothes. They will continue to squeeze their over weight bodies into clothes that make them look ridiculous. To them, they still look beautiful.
