Reality is a matter of perception.

I could see a partly cloudy day and someone else could see a partly sunny day. Both are correct and both are real, but perception can make the difference.

First, I see the present moment as that instant when the past and the future SLAM together.

Each and every instant, reality is reassembled anew. Every passing moment is brand new reality, experienced afresh. I feel I can honestly say that I am not the same person I was yesterday, or, for that matter, two minutes ago.

This helps me walk around virtually guit free, since I can ALWAYS say, "It wasn't me!"
