I've read an article once that categorized gays in different levels, from trash gays to the elite gays. Most people would categorize them into one single category and judge them by their sexual orientation. But like the other two major genders, there are bad gays, good gays and ordinary gays. Gays have made great contributions to the corporate world as well as to society. Their sexual orientation cannot be used as an excuse to look down at them or consider them as minorities who have to fight to be recognized as equally important part of society. Some men can be worse, womanizers, abusers, tyrants, rapists, serial killers and those super macho men who think they can save the world and the world revolves around them. I'd rather be with a gay anytime.

having said that, gays are extremely creative, I believe they possess the ability to imagine things and produce results that are quite extra-ordinary and out of this world. The fashion industry, films, music, arts, culture, anything connected with design are teeming with these people and would not be the same without them. I guess, being gays, they have on a limited level, bridged the gap between being a male and a female, hence more balanced and creative individuals.

Gays are very funny too and bold and agressive in their work. They bring "gay"-ness or gaiety in the workplace. I've never met a gay who is shy, they love to be the center of attention and make most people laugh, sometimes to the point that they become the laughing stock. In marketing and sales, they can be valuable assets to a company since they have the boldness and the gift of gab to make a sales pitch. On another level, top management gays can be very perceptive and intuitive people, knowing what things will or will not work, hence they make good decision makers.

On the downside, gays can be soft-hearted and thus can easily be taken advantaged of and could lead to complications in the workplace. Gays, do have strong sexual urges and when in position, they might use their power and authority to get sexual favors. This might offend some people but what I've heard in the film industry in my country, there have been cases of couch castings going on, not only limited to the men directors and producers but also to the gay ones.

Your question is rather discriminatory as it seems to presume that one's sexual orientation has something to do with their ability to contribute work-wise. Gay / lesbian people "help" the workforce in
every field of endeavor there is. I'm straight....I work....I help......The guy who sits next to me is gay....he works....he helps

So, "specifically", the answer to your question is :. . . they can "help" by working and they can "not help" by not working.

Ridiculous question ! You've asked it three times today !

The gays I know are not only valuable, they are very successful, have more than enough money, very often have their own businesses, have great houses, cars, etc. Gays are often gifted with foresight as to where to make money, what will sell, how to remodel, how to speculate on land, etc. All in all, I am glad I am gay. Good luck

A person's sexuality or sexual preference should not be a factor in the workplace. I have a doctor who happens to be gay. I trust him with my llife because he is competent and knows what he is doing and I like and trust him. I have worked side by side with gays and lesbians and consider them valued colleagues and friends.

Uh...
What difference does your sexual orientation make to your work ethic?
No-one I work with knows I am gay so it's not really a question that can be answered.
We supply visual pleasure for everyone because we are all so good looking - how's that?

Gays cant help anything in society.
Keep it in the bedroom. Just do your best at work. What you do on your own time should have nothing to do with what you do at work.
This question sickens me.
