you're asking a "way out there" question...like how could Arabs help the work force, or how could the one eye, one horn, purple people eater help the work force. Your Q doesn't make sense.
Gays normally are more educated but I don't know why. and gays band together to get things done that they want done. the stigma of being gay is still out there, stronger in other countries. I don't think they "help" the workforce any more than any other individual would. So there is no answer to your question.

ok,,what does someone's sexual orientation have to do with the way they perform their job? Ok,if there is someone at work, and he is what I call the " flaming" gay,it could have a negative impact, because some ppl aren't comfortable with obvious gays. if some gay ppl weren't so obvious about their sexuality and tried to make ppl accept it, then those who have a problem with gay ppl wouldn't know that person was gay/bi,and there would be no problem. Sexual orientation does not apply in the workplace, but it totally acceptable in one's personal life.! I would say not to bring one's sexual orientation to work,as that is not the place for it to begin with. i have found that gay ppl are more educated in the whatever it is they want to do,like fashion, etiquette, decor, whatever. Gay ppl help the workforce just like str8 ppl do. Alot of times, they are more compassionate that str8's because in SOME male gays, they have what is known as maternal instinct. It depends on the person....

Gays can help the workforce the same way anyone else can--by being knowledgeable and competent at their jobs. It's not like there are currently no gay people working. Gay people are just like anyone else in this regard--some are intelligent, hardworking and good at their jobs; some aren't.

they help the workforce by working
your ability to work or be in the workforce is completely independent of your sexual orientation
people who term themselves (or who others classify as) "gay" are exactly the same in the workforce as so called "straight" people
perhaps I misunderstand the question

"Gays" are already helping the workforce, there's a lot of gay people in different area of occupation (medical, media, politics, teachers, etc. etc.) They are working to pay the bills, eat or whatever, same with other "straight" working people.

Gay is a slang term for a way of life...not a word that determines your worth in the work place, or anywhere else. One has nothing to do with the other.
