Indian police is the most capable.The only thing bad which ruins the efficiency of indian police is "corruption" that have entered in our system.BUT still there are many honest and loyal public servants who are righteous and honest with themselves.And due to such honest police officers only, there seems a light of hope.We have to make Indian police best by supporting them,in any ways.Making public relations as good as possible with the police.
all in all, Indian police is well capable of solving crime with just a frontline support to them from a common man.

some how I doubt that if they say they do they must be fraiming people for the wrong thing this is human nature to cover with lies

They are like people in different profession.Sometime they succeed and sometime they don't.After all,they are also ordinary human beings.
