Choose someone who is easy to research, and someone that you are interested in. If you pick someone you like but there is not much information available on the web or in books, you will have a hard time writing. After you read a bit about the person you choose, think about what you find interesting about him/her. That will give you your reasons.

I guess whoever fits your personality, I would think a present day celebrity would be the safest person to pick. But, if there is a historical figure that fits your personality, then go for it. You will have to do a lot of research to make up a journal of someone famous that would be of the life this person. I would try the internet then your local library or school library for the information, then do your creative best in writing their life as it werre yours. Good Luck

Ok, I've done this one. I choose Johnny Depp because he is my idol and I have done soo much research on him. Thats beyond the point. Anyways I would say Im sure you listen to music so why dont you pick an artist like a favorite band or singer you have do a little research on them and just for the why part say you wish you had talent and were able to accomplish as much as they have.

I'd pick Brad Arnold, the lead singer of 3 Doors Down. He's my idol because he cares about the fans more than the fame and he's just a great guy.

Choose to be yourself! Tell your teach that you are famous, at least in your own circle and that you're famous for whatever it is that everyone knows you for. i.e.: baking cookies, telling jokes, always helping out, babysitting, etc, whatever you are the best at! Make yourself a famous person in whatever realm you are really good at. If your teacher is a decent person they may like this unique approch to the same old same old.

Try figuring out something you would have liked to have been known for (making movies, winning a championship, leader of a country, etc). After you decide what that is then you can decide on someone who has already done it.
