teacher cause shes too pretty,cant send a guy to jail cause hes too old, cant send a man who is guilty of murder cause hes got high priced lawyers and got away on a technacality,does just leaves us who are poor,ugly,good health,average body are the only ones going to jail ?? What a crock and these people are suppose to represent justice who are they kidding ???

Actually, in many of those cases, you're talking about about them enforcing the laws as written by the legislatures. So, don't blame them for reading the plain text of the law and following the law.

Remember that in most situations, the judge does not have a lot of discretion on what the sentence is. That is determined by the laws of the state, and the sentencing guidelines enacted by the legislature. And any factual issues involved must be determined by the jury. So, in almost all cases, the judge is just applying the fixed formula established by the legislature.

But yes, some of the decisions you mention are pretty dumb. And in the "defendant too short" case you mention, I believe the judge was removed form the bench based on that decision.

As far as technicalities, that's the law. In almost all situations, the trial judge is just following what the law requires, because most of the laws and binding precedent are being imposed from higher up. If you don't like the laws, work to get them changed. If you think the outcomes are bad, work to get the laws changed.

But people can't have it both ways. They can't complain when judges follow the plain text of the law, and complain again when they don't.
