an old chair cushion ya know the thin ones that you put on kitchen chairs., if you can't find anything like that around home go to a fabric store and pick up a thin cushion filler for really cheap they usually have remnant pieces that you can get for like ten cents a little more or less depending on how much you need!!

Go to a place that sells guitars. They should have a pad that you can put on the strap. If not, you could tape a piece of cloth or foam rubber onto the strap.

Its really simple..
You ever see those things they sell to slide over seat belts to make them more comfortable...thats what I use on my guitar strap.......
All you need is velcro and a piece of material..sewn into a tube.......
cut the foot off a sock..and stuff it with foam or pillow..fluff...slide your strap through it........
or just run to walmart or an auto store and get the seat belt things...

Good luck..:)~
