You don't say how old you are going to be. Sounds like it is going to be a special birthday with your mom renting a limo.(Nice MOM). Wear a really nice dress or a dressy skirt and top. Pretty high heels and accessories.Happy Birthday...

if you are having a birthday party,just be the most girly est girl you can be! and wear long flare pants,or a cute skirt,now if you have a long shirt that kinda matches you skirt or pant,but a cute belt on it,not on the pants or skirt,put it on the shirt! and use lille eye liner,and make sure you use sute colors of eye shadow,if i were you ,i would put! brown,brown goes great with everything,(or just match it with your outfit) i hope i helped alot!
