Whats the secret behind those magicians being able to jump into glass planes? Does that mean that they can jump into our houses and rob us too and just jump out of the window to escape? Whats the scientific or non scientific explanation behind this phenomenon?

optical delusion maybe its a special effect that they do to make the thing seem real
