The Packers D isn't any good. Brees is going to have a very good day while Bledsoe may struggle against a decent Washington D. Go with Brees.

history wise regardless who are the stars for the redskins and cowboys, they always play each other hard. both offense and defense plays better and harder. something to think about.
i would start brees because of a weak packer defense.
