These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.

Common first sign of pregnancy (But diffferent people normally experienced different symptoms): Light bleeding, stomach cramp and nausea. For woman who normally has regular menstrual cycles and is sexually active, a period delayed by a few days or weeks is suggestive of pregnancy

First signs of pregnancy: tiredness, fequent urination, sored breasts...but you have to remember that everybody is different. They appear differently for every woman, and some don't even notice them. I started having mine 2 weeks after conception
