If Yahoo hasn't noticed it by now, then I figure it isn't your problem. You can't remove them after they are resolved.

Go to your "My Q&A" section, click the "Questions" tab, select the question you want removed, then click the link to delete it.
(It works this way with answers, so I assume you can do it with questions too -- I don't know for sure since I haven't asked any questions, but it's worth a try.)

Relax. If it is against policy, it will be removed.
It will cost you a few points.............I would like to remove a couple of my own questions too if anyone tells you how, not that they are illegal, but b/c they are stupid in retrospect.
