Did you go to a GYN doctor? If not, go. Did you go to a GI doctor for an evaluation of the IBS??? You need a referral to go to one or both of these Specialists. If you are not satisfied with what you are being told, go for a second opinion. And, if at all possible, stay away from going to the ER!!! Go back to square one and do what I suggest.

It definately sounds like you have poly-cystic ovaries with all the symptoms you have, i had an ultrasound for that 2mths ago but they found nothing. Don't worry tho b/c i read that poly-cystic ovaries affects millions of women and they aren't dangerous, they usually go down in there own time if not then a tiny operation to remove it will be made. Having poly-cystic ovaries just makes it slightly more difficult to concieve but not impossible as women i know and many celebrities have had children so they are proof you can still have children whatever ppl may tell you.

I don't know why you called this a problem with doctors. They are not magicians, you know. It sounds like they are trying to make sense of very non-specific symptoms.

You probably need a laparoscopy so that they can look inside. It sounds like it could be endometriosis, which can frequently be controlled with medication.

If you are in a lot of pain, call your doctor and say that this is an emergency. You might get quicker treatment.

If you are in Britain, I feel sorry for you because I know NHS isn't the best. My family in England have had a lot of problems with them. Things that would have been sorted in a few weeks in the US took about a year over there.

Good luck to you.

when you had the ultrasounds can they should have looked at your pelvis bladder ovaries and uterus.
if not they need to this will rule out poly cystic syndrome. a transvaginal scan is also good. ask your doctor to refer you to a gynaecologist he cannot refuse. they could do a laporoscopy which involves having a general anaesthetic and they use cameras inserted through your tummy button to have a look. this will tell them if you have cysts or endometriosis
it may be irritable bowel, keep a diary of when the pain comes and try to link it to what foods you have eaten, do you go to the toilet regularly? try taking buscapan its for irritable bowel syndrome and really does help you can buy that over the counter at chemists or even sainsbury's
get some PROPAIN pain killers over the counter at all good pharmacies they help. i have poly cystic ovaries and ibs so i know how it feels. i wish you luck and really hope you feel better soon.

i'm extremely sorry to hearken to which you're having those problems. I even have had a run of actually undesirable drs, and alter into in very almost the comparable subject with my first 2 pregnancies. the place I lived in MD, there substitute into in basic terms one ob workplace, and it consisted of four drs, and that they grew to become around. there substitute into no the place else aside from an hour away to pass, so i substitute into caught. I had a very great dr, yet certainly one of them substitute into so terrible. He substitute into on call during my 2nd c-area. on a similar time as i substitute into numb, mendacity on the table for transport, his spouse called. The nurse yelled to him around the room that his spouse would choose to be attentive to if he could make it in 30 minuets for dinner and he mentioned sure... he left till now i substitute into closed up!! there's no longer a lot you're able to do at this factor, yet i'd make constructive i adjust companies after transport, and that i'd make court docket situations to the administration, on your scientific insurance company, to the chamber of commerce, and to the better company bureau. He won't have the ability to talk to you like that, and you deserve each and all of the main suitable care. i've got had some undesirable drs, yet no person has ever chewed me out for calling late, and the 1st one that does has it coming.

Im not sure but it sounds a lot like thyroid trouble.. Have you been tested for it? I guess you have if the doc did a full blood count..

I would go to another doctor or complain and ask for a second opinion

I know what you mean about Dr's. My daughter is a diabetic and I have trouble getting them to all in meds for her. She has a medicaid card and the scripts have to be pre-authorized before she can get them. One month they are covered, one month they aren't. The Dr's and medicaid need to get their heads out of their *** and get them together. They only advice I have for you is keep on them. If you stop you will be back to square 1.

It could be anything depending on your age. You could have food allergies, menopause. I would try another doctor. My doctor won't even look me in the face when I visit so I'm changing doctors. Some do s u c k!
