thrift stores are a good place to look for costume items, sew it together yourself and come up with some goth vamp stuff, or a pretty prince/princess thing, you get quality material for super cheap compared to wal-marts 30 dollar cheap nylon junk.Super super cheap is just walk into the woods, grab a few leaves, paste em on the right body parts and your Adam or Eve.

a disco dancer. go to eBay to buy the clothes and then buy a wig at the store. go to salvation army for platform shoes.
