There are so many, but Luke Skywalker vs Darth Vader just after Luke found it was his father. Emotional and physical.

Don't know if it could really be called a duel, but the scene in Behind Enemy Lines where Owen Wilson's character is trying to avoid getting hit by the missle... very cool.
The movie entitled "Duel" (for those old enough to remember), is also a good flick!
