replace the seal, it did this to mine aswell, mine had very slight damage to it, i replaced it myself at little cost

I would suggest ensuring that the lacthes line up, You don't mention specifics but it is my initial comment. I don't know much about roof leak rpair, mind you.
You may also want to try a windshield glass repiar company for some help, try asking them They MAY offer you "free" advice

If new take it back to the dealer. You have paid enough for the damn thing. you shouldn't have to worry about leaking. Cheap German rubbish car.

A common problem with convertibles.They still havent got it right.Ask your local car dealer ,he may know something to help.
