Expensive but worth it! I get bloated very easily and it stopped that afterwards. Not overy uncomfortable and as long as you get a good therapist (make sure they are registered!) they will talk you through it a step at a time so you know what to expect and what will happen.
I felt a lot better after, so did my husband. They do advise you to go again in about 3 months though so be prepared for the extra cost of that! :)

In my nursing little ones i did many a colonic irrigation in those days we stated because it a bowel wash out at your provider gart pmlrof If i had £a million for one and all i did i may be a millionaress lol I doubt it would draw many in spite of the undeniable fact that for the period of hassle-free terms for 5 minutes to work out what's became all approximately then the huge swap off you should chuckle at Siavash he's presented guy lol

Oh HELL NO!!!!! Never have and never will. Though i've been told that it makes your tummy feel real good after. Healthy and light, free of all the toxins that have been clogging up your intestines.Think it's better just to take a laxative for the night and get rid of all the rubbish an easier way. You would surely be very brave to have it done. Guess for some of us any kind of activity in that particular area is just not neccessary.

while not the most pleasant of experiences having one, the results are marvelous. you get the "sludge" out of your guttyworks, your body is able to process nutrients from your food intake much more efficiently, and you will certainly feel better physically. i had one a month ago before a colonoscopy, and still feel the possitive effects from it. good luck with your experience!!

Yuck,no but often thought it looked a good way to cleanse all the toxins out of the body.I don't think I could go through with it though.

I had one before surgery and it was very painful when it came to holding the water and then evacuation...lots of cramping! You don't lose a lot of weight doing it, and it does throw your system out of its normal rhythm...I wouldn't make a habit of it because it can lead to chronic constipation since you aren't letting your body eliminate normally.

Preferably find a female who does this. It is not uncomfortable if you relax. It gets waste products, bile, many yukkies out of your system and you'll feel thinner when it's over.
