I was alone watching The Devil Wears Prada and looked over as this guy was playing or adjusting himself. He was extremely well endowed and I did not know what to do.....so I got up and ordered popcorn and when I came back he was in my seat! What should I have done???

Reported him to the Manager right away and try to see if there were other witnesses. Even though it is a past incident, I would report it to the management of the theatre and describe him since he probably is a "regular" there and the management would want this information. Eeee Gads!! I think he was telling you that he wanted you! The incident is over.......forget about it and go to another theatre.
