It might be nothing. Or it might be a pinched nerve in your back, a heart attack trying to happen, or acid reflux or something similar.
Get it checked out.

if it happens a lot, you should go see your doctor. A little bit of pain here and there is expected, especially with age. It's probably not cardiac, but with so little information it's impossible to say.
you're not having a heart attack, i'm sure people will freak out and say GO TO AN ER NOW, but that's really not necessary. If it happens frequently, and is a fairly substantial amount of pain, you should make an appointment to go see your doctor realtively soon. Ishemic heart disease can manifest itself through forms of stable angina, so you should get yourself checked out.
If it doesn't happen often, or doesn't happen again, then I wouldn't worry about it.

could be mild angina ask a doctor get some blood work and go to the hospital for an ekg during the pains they can rule out a heart attack

Could be a number of things , the first answer you got is very true , happens to me , also could be gas. To be absolutely sure , you really need to see a Dr. and rule the heart itself out.GL

If you are sensing it while you breath in, then that's pneumonia. See a Dr emmiately.
