So she has SIX kids?
Someone please tie her tubes.
And wheres daddy - why not use his car as well?
Anyone with that many kids should own a bigger vehicle...or not have that many kids.
As for punishment, she sounds like she's lost her mind with so many kids...give her a misdemeanor ticket for stupidity.

She should go to jail for the endangerment of 2 minors. It is highly illegal and stupid. just have them share a seatbelt.
