How do i talk to a film producer and dicuss film ideas???

I doubt many film producers will arrange a chat directly, write your ideas into a script then get an agent.

Quite simply by looking up the film companies address, you can get that on the internet, or Writer and Artists year book. Once you get that, you will need to write to the particular producer through his or her secretary, its unlikely that you can contact a producer direct. Good luck

Look in Variety the show biz paper, and find yourself an agent. They're usuall well connected and can tout for you.
