It's pretty sick yeah, eating a child because he might be a witch? Kick some but, set a fire, do whatever is needed but save that child from such a...I don't think there's a word for something like this. Eat someone that wants to be eaten whatever, eat yourself I don't care but what could that child have possibly done to risk being eaten?

I read it quickly but sounds that it will cost people a lot of money to care for this child. Most countries are poor yet parents continue to have children they cannot afford.

Many parts of the world are still living in the stone age.
