Not me, c'mon, a day dedicated to give free candy to children that lets them (and adults) use their imagination to dress up as something ..how on earth could any part of that be a waste of time?

kids love it
and ive seen grown ups take advantage of it also
they sit outside of their porch pretending to be a scare crow then scare you when u get to the front door
i dont think its a waste of time

waste of time and money,some kids dont even dress in costumes they just expect you to hand over candy ....
