They all seem to hate the U.S. a lot.

Three other questions:

1. If they hate it so much here, wouldn't it be better to just go to a better country?

2. What Countries are better?

3. Why?

They want to destroy it just enough that they can take over and force socialism or communism on us.
They want the U.S. weak and unprepared.
Liberals think they can win with HATE.

No, Many liberals want to change the USA for the better.
They believe in a rule of law, separation between church and state
and our rights and freedoms secured by the Constitution.

I think many liberals have issues with the direction the country is headed and are working to make changes happen. I have nothing but contempt for that evil little front man/con artist in the WH, but I think something good can come out of this provided we learn to identify sociopaths who masquerade as leaders - and remove them from office with free and fair elections.

Our country was founded by progressive thinking people you would call liberal.

Our country has been attacked more than once and we were drawn into war and we survived and won under the leadership of people you would call liberal.

Our country was held together and socialism was fought off and defeated during the great depression by a great president you would call a liberal.

They don't want to destroy the U.S. it's just that they have a lot of policies that are well-intentioned, but with many unintended consequences**. Read "The Quest for Cosmic Justice" by Thomas Sowell, it explains it.

As for a better country, do you see them leaving in droves?

** Great society welfare programs - take care of people who can't take care of themselves - good idea, except people that could have taken care of themselves got into the system and became unable to take of themselves.

Hey, Shiraz.
Well, I can't speak for everyone, but I don't personally have a secret desire to destroy the country and I don't hate it here. If I did, I wouldn't care enough to argue over anything involving it. Apparently to you, hate is anything that veers even slightly from your current mindset.

Excuse me, but it's the conservative president currently in office who called the constitution "nothing but a goddamned piece of paper". (What a religious man!) That piece of paper is what this country was founded on, freedom from oppression and persecution. Where ALL are created equal, including women, gays and minorities. All we want is our rights and liberties. So, since WE LIBERALS define the constitution by our beliefs, this is OUR COUNTRY. You however are free to leave. Ta Ta.

The USA is defined by its constitution. Its not liberals who hate it, its conservatives. Restricting free speech to "free speech zones", wanting to ammend the constitution to discriminate against gay people, and holding people in prisions like Gitmo for years without even charging them with a crime are examples of how conservatives hate the constitution, and thus the USA.

So why dont the conservatives just leave?

No,actually they hate what is being done TO the country, and the way that the Constitution is trampled and shredded a little more each day.

So, if tearing apart the cancerous infection that has become the federal government is the only way to save the patient (the nation), then that may be what's required. Just like chemotherapy is often disruptive of the patient's life, and causes secondary problems.

But when the alternative is a painful cancerous death, the treatment may be necessary.

Why are conservatives succeeding in destroying the
middle class? Who will do the work for them?

If your so intent on one party, why don't you move to
Cuba or N.Korea?
