Try a brace that has lateral stabilizers and go see an Orthopedic doctor. If your knee has been hurting it is time to listen to your body and get it checked out before a little problem turns into a big one like surgery.

They do sell various braces at Wal-Wort and other places in the pharmacy section. I would first go to a Doctor and have him poke around and ask you some questions. Then ask him if one of these braces may help and see what he say. I have a really good Doctor and he not always try to prescribe stuff. We talk and both suggest our thoughts. When my foot was hurt, nothing was broke and I ask about a foot brace, just an elastic type sock. He said try it and if it not work or hurt more come back and we try something else.

Yes, see a doctor about that knee. And I think a brace might help.

hello young person.
learn right now in life that with stuff like this, it is important you go see a DOCTOR, and not try to fix it on your own or wait for it to go away. Thanks.
