I know how you feel , you dont mean to be mean but is belly button protrudes out of his clothes and it's irritates you. (right)
guess what that's just how you are we all have something that turns us off about others and we cant seem to do anything about it. I suggest you talk to this young man as afriend dont turn him away because he cant do anything about is belly button
but dont encourage him because you wont ever feel different about it. If you could some how try and see pass that it would be even better.

One question is" why is he showing people his belly button?",I know how you feel if it's really bothering try not to look at the belly button and just hook up with him.

And his shoes OMG have you seen the laces he wears? and once last year, i saw him cough in public EWWW OMG and he once yawned infront of me OMG and ewwww.
